|The Marketing Manager will be a hands-on position leading the marketing and communications for Jani-King Gulf Coast. Working directly under the Executive Team, this position will oversee the development and delivery of marketing strategy, best practices, and tactical implementation for maintaining and increasing the visibility of Jani-King and its franchisees along the Gulf Coast. This position is considered a subject matter expert and will work closely with managers across the organization to ensure effective and consistent marketing and branding strategies are being implemented. This position will report to Ponchatoula Headquarters, 5 days a week with travel along the gulf coast region to multiple sites as necessary.ResponsibilitiesDirects and oversees all marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, digital marketing, content, tracking, and community partnerships.Directs internal and external resources to execute all web, PPC, SEO/SEM, ILS, email, social media, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns and make recommendations to changes in strategy and approach as necessaryDevelop, implement, and maintain a company branding strategy and promote consistency with respect to property signage, advertising design, promotion efforts, web presence, and collateral materials. In conjunction and partnership with Jani-King International.Develop and implement marketing plans and budgets to support, track and increase contract and franchise sales and other marketing activities.Assist regional teams with developing local outreach strategies and marketing efforts.Monitor changes to the marketplace and have a thorough understanding of current industry trends. Ensure all marketing is aligned and adjusted accordingly.Negotiate agreements with and manage relationships with advertising and marketing service providers, consultants, and merchandise vendors.Monitor all advertising media to assure quality is consistent with company branding strategy.Manage design and printing of marketing collateral used in regional support offices.Manage and direct a marketing team, providing training and development to meet company objectives and online reputation management.Create strategies to scale marketing operations at massDevelop marketing tools for regional teams to utilizeReport and monitor analytics to recognize trends and create new strategies based on those trendsTravel to regional offices to ensure marketing standards are being met and onsite personnel is properly trainedPosition requires 10% travel along the gulf coast region.Ability to think critically and design and create professional and cohesive marketing campaigns that reflect company initiatives – to include collateral design and content creation.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field3+ years of progressive marketing experience in marketing and managementProficient with content management software, social media platforms, and SEO.Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skillsStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite including graphic design, video editing, and PhotoshopStrong project management skillsStrong skills in Google Ads, Adobe Creative Suite, and Facebook Ad ManagementStrong interpersonal skills and ability effectively communicate and work across organization with wide variety of people and different levels of management.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Management: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
