Bringing forth your knowledge of B2B marketing best practices and attribution, you will be responsible for managing performance dashboards, building reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to improve KPI’s. You will partner closely with leaders in Growth Marketing, Branding and Communications, Product Marketing, and Sales to provide insights to their teams. Responsibilities: Developing forward-looking models based on historical performance and anticipated new strategies and improvements Preparing quarterly data slides for board reporting Partnering with campaign managers and campaign operations to build monthly channel and campaign performance reports and insights Owning the Google UTM structure and Google Analytics to ensure reporting aligns to marketing strategies and provides necessary insights Leveraging best-in-class attribution and modeling technologies Overseeing marketing spend tracking for ROI-based reporting Partnering with Business Insights team to build out executive-level KPI reports Investigating and solving data anomalies Requirements: Experience reporting on marketing’s contribution to revenue using fractional attribution models and tools, like Bizible At least 2 years working in B2B marketing, with demonstrated knowledge of the B2B Buyer’s Journey and funnel metrics Ability to custom-build SalesForce reports, with knowledge of SalesForce objects Experience administering Google Analytics Budget management experience, with an understanding of financial reporting Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets Experience with forecast modeling Excellent communication skills, as partnering with stakeholders across the company is essential What’s SOCi’s culture like?
