Responsible for supporting marketing and marketing communications by developing marketing strategy and project support throughout the lifecycle of a campaign. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides strategic counsel on digital best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals. Leads digital strategy and planning for assigned brands. Performs ongoing evaluation of partner digital environment to identify unique market opportunities and threats. Develops functional specifications and requirement documents. Develops and manages project timelines. Collaborates with designers and writers to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met. Experience presenting and leading internal or external clients through the development of communications, requirements and project plans is required. Prior experience in communications/marketing in a health care environment preferred.. Working knowledge of Workfront or similar content management systems a plus. Supports member engagement and marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget. Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals. Coordinates marketing execution planning for assigned clients and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle, iIn partnership with a Marketing Director of Project Management and the Marketing Phase Lead, leads marketing execution planning for assigned clients and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle. . Develops functional specifications, budgets, process and requirement documents and risk/progress reporting. Develops and manages project timelines with an emphasis on email, digital and creative execution. Establishes and builds relationships with intra-department functional team members and identifies appropriate resources specific to project needs. Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure functional project specifications and requirement documents are met. May liaise Acts as liaison with external clients, and internal or external creative agency partners. Serves as primary point of contact during the lifecycle of the project and collaborates to resolve cross-functional issues, develop mitigation plans, and identify/escalate risks. Presents project status to department, project and/or other functional area leadership. Leads or participates in internal process improvement initiatives. Requirements: Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of experience in a related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
