We’re looking for a Director of Marketing & Public Relations to join our Marketing team at 41 Montebello Rd in Pueblo. What You’d Be Doing As the Director of Marketing & Public Relations you would provide leadership and oversight of our marketing team to advance the organizations mission, increase market share, and enhance community relations within our service area of Pueblo, Huerfano and Las Animas counties. You will facilitate the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns as well as manage the organizations communication initiatives. Specifically, the Director of Marketing and Public Relations: Develops and manages an annual marketing/communications/public relations plan to include strategies and desired outcomes Experience working with multi-media platforms (print, social media, web-based tech, radio, etc). Analyzes company goals and research target audience to develop detailed marketing plans and schedules for campaigns Monitors campaign performance and targeted outcomes Develops and manages annual department budget Builds brand awareness, including positioning Works with BI (Business Intelligence) department in analyzing client data trends Lead the marketing team through successful fundraising events Provides oversight of staff wellness incentive programs Delegates tasks to department team members Strong public relations skills Be creative and enthusiastic Maintain solid knowledge of Health Solutions services and programs Able to accommodate unconventional working hours; often working weekends and after normal business hours. Perform other job related duties as assigned by the CCO.
