Job Description : The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for owning our North America Marketing Technology platform in support of critical business activities including producing, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns and consumer journeys that deliver targeted, relevant, and timely content, communications and experiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on skills & expertise with Marketing Automation Platforms, Email Service Providers and features like content builders, UTM code tracking, journey builders, personalization tools and audience segmentation. This role will work closely with internal marketing teams, agency teams, and vendors to understand campaign requirements and then map them to our tools for design, set up, execution and reporting.You will work cross-functionally to drive the technical execution of our campaigns, backed with an understanding of data marketing with a creative execution lens. A successful candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and an exceptional ability to action business requirements and solutions effectively to bring campaigns to life.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and troubleshoot technical marketing challenges while championing key MarTech processes and proceduresLead agency resources including Email Production Specialists across multi-brand campaignsExecute world-class multi-channel content campaigns across owned and paid channelsElevate and enhance campaign production process including coding dynamic, personalized emails, recommending optimization rules, and standardizing pre-deployment processTest, measure, and optimize content marketing campaign performance to increase overall consumer engagementManage agency contractors and budgets to juggle multiple projects in all phases of productionCoordinate content with Brand Management and Marketing teams to ensure we create a consistent end-to-end experienceQualifications5-7+ years of experience in email and digital operations, with hands-on production experience including HTML coding, content management platforms, and personalization platformsExpertise in email best practices such as creative and coding for mobile vs desktop, differences across inbox providersStrong Marketing Technology understanding across platforms like ESP, CDP, DAM, CMSDeep understanding of what makes a great customer experience on web and mobileExpertise in customer databases: relational database structure, data relationships, import and export processesKnowledge of TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CASL laws and complianceExceptional collaboration and technical aptitude, having worked with highly complex processes and a large MarTech stackExperience with project management tools like Azure or JIRAVery strong attention to detail, well organized and able to prioritize amongst numerous projects and tasksA friendly personality with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments and teamsHighly prefer Salesforce CertificationJob Types: Full-time, Contract, TemporarySchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:email & digital operations, with hands-on production: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:Salesforce Certification (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
