|Membership DirectorCategories: Membership | Community Outreach | Engagement | Programming | IsraelOrganization Type: NonprofitSalary 50000.00 – 55000.00 AnnualBenefits: Leave early for Shabbat | paid holidays | paid vacation | sick leave | personal time offNA’AMAT USA, a national nonprofit organization providing support for services to underserved and at-risk Israeli women and children of all backgrounds, is looking for a Membership Director to join their National Team.The Membership Director reports directly to the Executive Director and will play a critical role in driving awareness of NA’AMAT and its programs and impact through outreach to and engagement with current members and the cultivation of new members.To be successful in this position you will be an excellent communicator with a personality oriented toward relationship building. You will be applying creative and strategic thinking to grow membership numbers in partnership with and in support of the national membership committee, regional directors, and membership chairs.The organization is headquartered in their Woodland Hills office (remote work arrangement may be possible).Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develops and drives a comprehensive strategic plan for Membership growthCreate campaigns to improve NA’AMAT name recognitionDevelops strategy for consistent and timely communication to Members (including letters, phone calls, emails, newsletters)Partner with club/chapter/region membership VPs to support them in outreach and member renewal efforts.Provide analysis of existing membership materials and an identify and implement opportunities for improvementWork with Executive Director, VP Membership and Board Membership Committee on promotional materials for membership and fundraisingDatabase/CRM management:Manage, track, and evaluate membership dues payments and renewal activitiesReport on dues status once a month and distribute reports to area officesPrepare and analyze membership reports for the National and Executive Boards every quarter and write dues analysis narrative for presentation at Board meetingsDevelop and maintain data re: area offices, board positions and Constant Contact listsPrepare reports and mailing lists as needed.Establish policy for use and maintenance of CRM and assist directors in using it to maximize opportunities to track membership trends and to leverage data to drive strategy.Desired experience and skills: Social Media experiencePrevious experience in member management, sales, or recruitment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office/OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to think creatively and be a pro-active self-starter.Excellent writing and editing and public speaking skills.Highly organized with a high attention to detailStrong leadership skills and a track record of being a team player.Experience with CRM platforms – Expertise in DonorPerfect and Constant Contact a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
