Formulary Analytics Program Manager
The Formulary Analytics Program Manager is responsible for the establishment of formulary performance metrics and client facing formulary reporting. This position has no direct reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute formulary reporting for Company initiatives and projects; collaborate with organizational departments to ensure data integrity and accuracyCreate data tools and resources for internal use (i.e., formulary dashboard)Build and execute savings reporting for clinical drug management programs
Develop client specific performance metrics and formulary modeling
Create trend reports for publishing by Marketing and Sales/AM teams; assist with formulary analysis as neededWork with internal teams to perform member disruption analysis for commercial and health plan formularies
Develop formulary presentations for quarterly business reviewsProvide analytical support for programs that drive innovative, proactive solutions to improve client utilization costs and trendsConsult in identifying trends, forecasting, and planning for development of new programs and opportunitiesConduct audits to ensure data integrity and accurate reportingServe as a resource for assigned client analyses related to clinical drug management programsDevelop quality reporting strategies and communicate results of data analyses by preparing materials and presentations that are easily understood, add value, and help improve operational efficiencyPrepare ad hoc reports, including writing custom SQL queriesQuantify financial impact of future clinical drug management initiativesUtilize planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to ensure timely deliverables, high levels of quality, and efficient use of resources

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematical, statistical or financial discipline5 years’ experience in business analytics required5 years’ experience in managed care requiredExperience in PBM clinical analyticsProficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programsStrong data analysis and presentation skillsAbility to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic mannerA good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentorAbility to independently identify, research and resolve issuesAn intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skillsSound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focusAbility to work with peers in a team effortDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesA well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervisionCapability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast paced environmentAbility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demands
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Includes a typical home based office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
