SALARY: $112,000 – $126,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the US Sales and Operations Planning Routine, ensuring forecasts and inputs reflect strategy
Support our US Executive Sales and Operations Planning monthly routine and lead our national retailer S&OP cycle
Understand national sales plans across Key Retailers, and translate to national planning for supply chain execution
Responsible for US Supply Chain portfolio efficiency initiatives to minimize network complexity
Primary contact for wholesaler forecasters for training, performance management, and escalation of concerns
Coordination with field sales teams on wholesaler forecasting performance
Take an active role in recruiting future supply chain professionals
Identify Service Level and Obsolescence risks across our distribution + retailer network
Spearhead Data Analysis to improve visibility and decisions making
Participate in Innovations/Stage Gate project cycle to ensure Planning compliance
Logistics Centralized Process lead for Portfolio Management and S&OP pillars
Knowledge of delivery and warehouse operations and ability to drive and implement change in a complex environment
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain-related, Business, Technical and/or Engineering field required. MBA or Masters in Supply Chain Management preferred
Willingness to relocate to other Anheuser-Busch locations in the future
Best practice sharing coordination and implementation amongst regions, zone, and wholesalers
Demonstrated strengths – leadership, planning, communication, analytical, complex problem-solving, and ability to influence
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed expectations
Working and communicating cross functionally (Sales, Supply, Logistics, Solutions)
Management Experience a plus
Project Management Experience
Budgeting Experience
Technical Planning Experience
SAP/APO Experience
Familiarity with ABI planning cycle
Understanding of P&L financials (ZBB, MACO, VIC, VLC)
