As the Territory Retail Operations Director, you will help set a consistent foundation of operations in our stores. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Territory Director of Stores and the NA Retail Operations team to identify priorities and drive operational best practices through evaluation, training and measurement. Who we are looking for: We are seeking a top-tier retail operations leader with a successful background driving a multi-unit business in a fastpaced environment, with high-visibility. A key skill for this role will be identifying technical, operational, and organizational roadblocks and seeking partnership to resolve them promptly. This individual will lead and inspire our stores to deliver the best Nike experience to our consumers. This role is a dedicated resource to bring a sharp focus on all operational capabilities, programs, processes, and procedures. What you will work on: As a Territory Retail Operations Director, you will lead continuous improvement efforts to drive consistent operational performance across a Territory. You will partner with cross functional teams to test and learn, identify business and consumer/marketplace trends, and plan for new store’s needs. You will drive successful implementation and integration of omni channel opportunities while capturing best practices and improving operational excellence. You will also use Operational Key Performance Indicator’s to establish clear measures of success and identify areas of opportunity. Ultimately, you will help the Territory achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability objectives by implementing consistent operational standards. Who you will work with: As a key member of the Territory leadership team, you will report to the Territory Sr. Director of Stores. You will have a strong dotted line relationship to the Sr. Director of Store Operations for alignment to strategic objectives. Within the Territory, you will work collaboratively with the HR, Talent Acquisition and Loss Prevention partners to develop longterm strategies. You will build constructive and collaborative relationships with Nike partners and manage operational performance by staying current with industry trends and consumer experiences. What you bring 8+ years of retail operational experience Multi-unit retail operations experience is strongly preferred Extensive experience and ability leading the delivery of operational best practices in a brand retailer Proficient in Retail operations acumen, budgeting, planning, visual merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with reasonable accommodation Willingness and availability to travel, including overnight stays Nike requires all applicants for this position to be vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of hire, unless otherwise required by law.
