||We are looking for an Office Manager to join our busy Team in Denver, CO!Responsibilities: Order supplies for office from corporate-approved vendorServe as main Administrative point of contact for Sales members in officeType and word-process various documents and electronic information, including formatting resumes, creating candidate contractsOrganize and update relevant data in Bullhorn, including parsing resumes, data entry of applications, and entering all payroll documentation.Maintain all confidential information for candidates while dealing with payroll paperwork, as well as any documentation for drug screens, background checks, etc.Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally to the team you are supportingCoordinate group meetings; provide support for any necessary detail – food, transportation, materialsImplement actions according to pre-established administrative policies and proceduresArrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities, as requiredKnowledge, Skills, EducationFour year degree or equivalentProfessional oral and written communication skillsExperience in a support roleJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Support: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
