Our Office Manager’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.Ultimately, the Office Manager’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.Our focus is to help you evolve in business and as a person. We want you to make great money and have time for a balanced life to enjoy your success. Also, all of our Office Manager’s have moved up to other positions in the company and you’ll only be working 4 days a week!Responsibilities: · Answer, screen and forward incoming calls· Greet and welcome guest as soon as the arrive at the office and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries· Order office supplies· Arrange travel and accommodations· Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing· Assist the team by mailing out policy documents/policies· Facilitating all new hire paperwork· Track all E&S UPS statements· Managing all company and individual licensing requirements· Support Executives on various projectsRequirementsProven work experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeHigh school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plusWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
