|Job Description :||Our dealership is looking for an Automotive Office Manager who can help us create a more productive work environment. The ideal candidate for this position provides accurate reporting to the dealer and management team and is responsible for overseeing accounting office and administrative functions.Duties of the Office Manager, Automotive Dealership: Keeps office operations and procedures up to dateControls all posted documents, including time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and additionsReconciles accounts monthly.Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, rebates, interest, protection, and co-op advertising accounts are current and accurate.Records monthly journals, schedules, and general ledgerAssists payroll dept. and other staff by processing accounting month-end.Prepares reports and executes sales commission payoutsManages the payoff of the vehicle floor plan and works with bank representatives.Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by managementSkills3+ years’ experience in office administrationStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong sense of discretion and professionalismEOE.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location|
