Job Description : Position Summary: Responsible for oversight of office operations including but not limited tosupporting accounts payable/receivable management, personnel and payroll administration, human resources and overall office administration.Essential Job Responsibilities: Lead all office clerical tasks including mail, filing, and project documentation.Support all documentation, administration and operations of company projects.Work with Finance, Field and Estimating teams to ensure project success.Maintain certificates of insurance, employee certifications and other regulatory required documents.Support Field and Engineering teams to ensure accuracy with job costing.Coordinate meetings, responding to clients and suppliers as necessary.Oversee human resources functions including: candidate interviewing, pre employment testing, onboarding, new hire paperwork, benefit enrollment, performance evaluations, terminations.Oversee payroll function including: accurate and timely processing payrolls; payments to 1099 consultants; payroll tax reviews and year-end W2 processes.Organize and maintain a digital filing system, and file correspondence, and other records, and provide backup support for all Project Management staff.Participate in standardized office set up and close out processes.Assist with coordinating special eventsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
