Vernon employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with an opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in hiring all franchise personnel and ensure employment best practices and complianceManage and train office employeesManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash managementVerify and analyze financial reports and divisional key measurementsManage franchise staffing and compensation planEnsure fulfillment of the training and development plans for all divisionsOversee performance management and documentationPosition Requirements5+ year(s) of office, accounting, HR, or customer service management experienceExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skillsSolid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks®Ability to learn new software, including proprietary software and Xactimate® estimating software preferredCollege degree preferred, with experience in customer service industry environment a plusAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when requiredVary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., as business demandsPay RateBased on experienceJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
