This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote or working from home). Compensation: $60,000 Responsibilities: What you will do: Manage the office and ensure it is always organized and operating smoothly Keep common areas organized and stocked (kitchen, supply room, marketing material and signage) Create systems and processes as we scale and grow Be the biggest advocate and promoter of our company culture Onboard new hires Data entry and commission tracking Assist leadership team with admin duties as needed Assist COO in prioritizing and monitoring processes, workflows, and solving issues Whatever else comes up to achieve our goals Qualifications: Must-haves: Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask Ability to grow and manage both team members and tasks Must have the ability to adapt to ever-changing needs Able to learn quickly and problem solve Excellent attention to detail Experience using G-Suite Exceptional tech skills Bonus points if you have experience with HR duties.
