Job Description : Full Time Office Manager (Denver)Job Description: Our Integrative Health Center and Laser Lipo Clinic, located in the Lower Highlands of Denver (LoHi), is seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our team. Our very busy office takes a mixed approach towards whole health by combining the latest innovations in medical, aesthetic and weight loss technologies with focus on nutrition, bio-energetic medicine and body therapies. We opened the Laser Lipo Clinic over 10 years ago with the goal of transitioning into a full spectrum health clinic. Due to our incredible growth we were fortunate enough to expand into a much larger office, over 3 times the size of our original space. Currently we are located off of I-25 and 20th street, in a beautiful building overlooking downtown. We offer massage therapy, bio feedback scans, stem cell regeneration therapies, nutrition and various laser therapies, including skincare.We are like family and our staff is very important to us. We are not a large corporate environment and function as a unit. We are constantly updating and improving the way we work and are seeking someone who is open to change and suggestion on a team level. Whomever we hire must be willing to commit to a minimum of 2 years of employment. We offer competitive pay, and the job comes with a lot of perks! Hours must be flexible and a Saturday here or there might be required when/if coverage is needed. Eventually the schedule would most often be Monday — Friday 9-5 or 10-6. Some weeks might include 1-2 mornings opening the office or closing the office instead depending on coverage. Most days we are open 7 pm depending on our schedule and how busy we are. We would love to find someone who has prior experience working in a wellness clinic.Requirements: 2+ years of administrative management experience a MUSTExperience managing a team of multiple individuals requiredAbility to resolve patient complaints and ensure patient satisfactionTime management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizeExperience working with Mindbody scheduler is appreciatedEffective and accurate written and oral skillsExperience with Project Management, Process Implementation and Management and various ReportingMust be familiar with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and PhotoshopFlexible schedule and adapts easily to changes in agenda – quick on their feetAbility to work in a fast-paced environment a MUSTKnowledge/interest in natural medicine and a healthy lifestylePrior insurance billing a appreciated but not required (will train)Applicant must be 21 years or olderApplicant must be willing to assist in the laser treatments when necessary. This position reports directly to the Business Owners. In addition, applicant will be expected to help with all operations of running a small business. This includes but is not limited to scheduling patients, preparing treatment rooms, processing patient payments, entering patient information and results, editing photos, staff recruiting and scheduling and keeping the office tidy. This position pays on an hourly rate and is based on experience.
