Absolute Dental is a group of 30 general and specialty dental practices with over 20 years in business. We are looking for talented dental practice managers that want to join a sophisticated company in Las Vegas or Reno, NV area. This is an excellent opportunity for growth as we will be grooming a select few of our managers into regional directors. We are offering a base salary, weekly bonus, a very rich benefits package, and the opportunity to grow into a regional director. Pay based on experience.

Duties
Evaluate and review office production and procedures to develop new ways to improve efficiency.
Develop and recommend programs to improve office operations, patient retention and profitability.
Maintain advanced knowledge of software systems to compile, store and retrieve data from managerial reporting.
Determine and maintain efficient staffing levels.
Recruitment, retention and termination of staff.
Work with HR to assess, investigate and resolve employee issues.
Complete and submit employee records to HR, payroll and other appropriate departments.
Develop and implement office budget.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Facilitate purchase of dental equipment, tools and supplies.
Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service.
Maintain collaborative working relationships within the organization to achieve goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant state dental laws.
Ensure a safe work environment by complying with all local, state and federal health and safety regulations and laws.
Needs
At least (1) One Year Dental Management Experience
Must be available to work weekends if needed
Must have amazing customer service skills
Bilingual a plus
Must pass background and drug test
