Job Description : Anchor Point IT Solutions is a Santa Barbara Funk-Zone based outsourced IT Department looking for great people to join our growing team. Sixteen years ago, we hired our first Service Desk Technician and today he manages our Service Team as our Vice President of Operations. Eight years ago, we hired a student intern who graduated and now serves as our Finance Manager. With growth comes opportunity and today we are looking for an Office Manager/Purchasing Manager.We are seeking a person who is excited to support a growing organization by managing the team’s office needs and leading purchasing for clients.Duties and Responsibilities: Quote, purchase, and receive IT equipment for Anchor Point’s clientsManage vendor partnerships, inventory, and inside sales effortsInvoicing and Connectwise software administrationBookkeeping: including accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase order reconciliationsOffice administration: new hire onboarding, office supplies and facilities, general staff supportQualifications: Highly organizedEnjoys helping clients and colleaguesVery capable with numbers and technologyAttention to detailHybrid of in person and remote workLively Funk-Zone location, growing business, great benefits and fun culture.
