Operations Manager for Fast Growing Company! Brite Nites is quickly becoming the Nation’s Largest Christmas lighting company with operations in over 7 states. We are seeking an Operations Officer with bonafide nationwide leadership experience in the service industry. We are looking for a highly talented team player who is self motivated, experienced in crew logistics, a great problem solver and can drive growth. We are looking for leadership who can help energize, motivate and lead our crews. A person who takes initiative and pride in accomplishing. Responsibilities: Ensure Client satisfaction equates to a great Client experience.Managing scheduling databaseScheduling and logistics of crews dailyTraining and Communication of Crew LeadersOversee technician trainingRecruiting for technicians from across the countryManaging multiple lighting installations simultaneously and dailyQuality controlJob Site SafetyOversee warehouse organization and fulfillmentManage FleetJob costing reportingImplementation of company strategies to the crewsQualifications:7+ years of bonafide success in leadership and managing a growing nationwide operationConfidence and experience in managing crew dynamicsLogistics expertCritical thinkerProblem solverSolutions-orientedFluent in Spanish speaking, writing, and expressing oneselfSelf Starter, problem-solving and troubleshooting skill setSound knowledge of IT and databasesTeam playerExpectations:October 1st to January 30th 100% commitment to 12-16 hour daysHandle intensive scheduling and coordinating crewsWe work until the work is done mentality.If you are ready to use your skills to join us in our rapidly growing (and glowing!) company, then please carefully follow the instructions to apply.1.
