In our first year as an operating business, we managed to get our dog food in all Erewhon Market locations in LosAngeles. Our food contains the highest amount of protein on the fresh food market, has zero fillers or preservatives, uses only the highest quality ingredients, and all recipes are curated by our in-house vets and nutritionists and made by chefs in our USDA Approved kitchen. The experienced operations manager will ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems. Manage all Digital Operations such as our E-commerce store, grow our online membership and subscriptions. Help set up online shipping for direct to consumer sales, this will include all packaging and shipping, costings, and logistics.Costings, Financials and Legal – Assist CEO in liaising with HR, Accounting, and CFO to ensure proper budget tracking by project, timely payments, and admin requestsRunning weekly operation reports such as inventory, weekly and monthly financials.Costing and budgeting per project Make sure we have all operational required permits and licensesHelp with hiring the growing team Manage and Approval of all potential hires within operationsGrow Migos Dog Brand and Visibility New product research and development Seek out new potential events and partnerships for product placement Help organize logistics of any events we participate in Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee kitchen efficiency Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant Formulate strategic and operational objectives Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Manage budgets and forecasts Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Recruit, train and supervise staff Find ways to increase quality of customer serviceJob Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We follow current CDC guidelines, and encourage employees to be fully vaccinated.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: One location |
