As our Operations Manager you handle the customer satisfaction, quality of work, and prompt completion of work orders. In this role, you also recruit the initial and ongoing sub-contractors to meet the demand of changing production pipelines.After receiving the “hand-off” of a submitted client project, you become the face of the company for the project until completion. This position is based largely in the field conducting daily site visits, running materials, moving crews as necessary, and ensuring the job site safety on all projects.
