Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Order Management Analyst has the following responsibilities:
Monitor “stuck” orders weekly to help determine what issues could be causing orders to remain stuck over long periods of time and possibly exceeding promised SLA
Triage cancellation requests through warehouse levels upstream and downstream to fully close orders
Provide updates, steps and new information to the stakeholders to help Order Management process flow on all stuck order procedures
Review Reseller activity per entry and determine if street addresses and/or email domains are shipping overseas to countries that are not permitted to resell
Capture and report new known resellers to help Engineering block within the internal tool
Resolve any system bugs that come through
Set up a standardized process for all of this and create documentation using operational excellence criteria
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Order Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar field
Bachelor’s Degree OR minimum of 3 years of work experience with Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using ticketing systems

Self-motivated
Ability to balance working in a creatively driven organization with an analytical and disciplined approach to web content management
Solid critical thinking and written oral communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and tech work environment in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances
Ability to multitask and thoughtfully prioritize
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $38,988 – $88,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
