Job Description : Job Title Organizational Development Manager – (REMOTE) Position Overview This position will enable the team’s growth and development of the Shaw Culture within a new fully remote environment. This position will focus on organizational development, culture, and change management. Responsibilities: Identifying procedural opportunities to impact work/role design Identify Training and Development Needs in Customer Service Formulate and implement training programs, applying principles of learning and individual differences Conduct research studies of physical work environments, organizational structures, communication systems, group interactions, morale, or motivation to assess organizational functioning Conduct Job Analysis to improve work process and develop a strategy to upskill Research around collaboration and engagement in remote environments Research and provide guidance around organizational structures involving multi-disciplinary teams to ensure teams are organized in a way to promote collaboration and customer-centric behaviors Analyze data, using statistical methods and applications, to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of workplace programs. Utilize data to improve the selection of talent Partner with business leaders to increase productivity and efficiency Liaison for company-approved engagement surveys Identify potential re-organizational and re-alignment needs Knowledge: Job Analysis Process, ADDIE Model and other Adult Learning Theories and Design Competencies: Demonstrate Good Judgment, Customer Orientation, Create a Strategic Plan, Building Trusting Relationships Potential Factors: Drive Results, Propensity to Lead, Learning Agility Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Preferred: I-O Degree Experience leading teams Work Shift 8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM Shaw Industries is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
