Job Opening for Practice Manager in Lehigh Valley Health Network (Pennsburg, PA 18073)

Education – Required:
Bachelor’s Degree In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree with previous physician practice management experience is required.

Education – Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.

Experience – Required:
2 years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare required. Supervisory experience directing other’s work required.

Experience – Preferred:
Experience in a physician office practice highly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
Ability to lead and coach staff while simultaneously functioning as member of a team.
Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change.
Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated strong leadership, communication skills, and mature emotional intelligence.
Demonstrated financial skills including budget, budget variance analysis, and action plans.
Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to achieve goals.
Direct knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience.

Additional Qualifications:
Proven proficiency of technology at conclusion of orientation.
