This is a work from home position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #virtualwork #virtualjob Overall Purpose: Responsible for supervising all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. May also be responsible for planning programs for specific business unit or corporate-wide impact. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Projects and/or programs are generally very large and complex and may meet short or long-term needs of the business. Takes projects/programs from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project implementation or program development. Defines project/program scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Functions as the Product Owner/Manager in an Agile Development SCRUM team for key business technology initiatives. Responsible for technology initiative business case development and presentation. Cross-company and cross-functional coordination of documenting business requirements. “Cradle-to-grave” oversight of technology solution including vendor selection, UAT coordination, implementation oversight, and post launch debrief. LEAN Six Sigma background and experience preferred. Education: Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred Experience: 10+ years experience with designing and deploying CCaaS solutions including Interactive Voice Response systems, and Omni-Channel contact routing system. Automation, AI and Machine Learning technology experience a plus. Prefer experience with any of the following: Avaya, Cisco ICM, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, Nice InContact, Cogito, Nuance, Intrado, etc. Supervisory: Yes.
