| Job Description : | HOW YOU WILL LEAD · Handles many of the oversight duties involved in getting a product from the concept stage to the production stage; work to maximize product by foreseeing customer and market demands.· Define and document product requirements and roadmaps for execution· Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and consider dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for every stage of product development to deliver technology at scale to support these experiences· Prioritize cross-functional needs to revamp legacy technology through clear product roadmaps· Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development/implementation teams· Formulate and execute on metrics that move the needle for our sales agents to be more productive, spending less time on administrative tasks and more time selling· Contribute to improved agile processes that constantly seek to provide predictability of outcomes, set appropriate expectations on timing and scope delivery, and increase development team velocity· Must be able to communicate effectively, analyse data from numerous inputs, and provide guidance to partnering teams and stakeholders· Identify dependencies on enabling capabilities (Billing, Product, Sales Technology) for various Partner Incentive models i.e. Wholesale, Revenue Share etc.· Act as primary point of contact for product management for partner escalations and work with internal teams to identify fixesRequired skills· 3+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a product management or business process, technology platform, or architecture role· Understanding of and experience working with technology to enable channel sales, including VARs, resellers, MSPs· Experience with Agile development and methodologies to lead development teams to deliver products and projects on deadlinesPreferred Skills: · Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners· Good understanding of the Salesforce.com platform enabling sales teams and the CRM capabilities they depend on.
