Overview:
This role will help manage and direct the performance of its portfolio of social casual games! The Product Manager will add science, direction, and measurable improvements to the social and financial performance of one or more products.
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement through optimizing KPIs that align with Absolute Game’s monetization and revenue goals. You will work with large datasets and solve difficult analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods. Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.
The Product Manager reports to the Head of Product and works in collaboration with other team members to manage the product performance and feature roadmap of the suite of products.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Research and develop analyses and forecasting and optimization methods across ads quality, feature quality, end-user behavioral modeling, and live experiments.
Build and prototype analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale.
Develop comprehensive understanding of data structures and metrics, advocating for changes for product development and sales activity.
Collaborate with production and other cross-functional teams to ensure engaging new features, content and events are delivered to the highest quality
Design, implement, and evaluate A/B experiments to test hypothesis around live events to improve engagement, retention, and monetization across the studio’s social game portfolio
Develop algorithms, models and processes to correlate disparate datasets and extract insights
Experience developing testing plans for evaluating campaigns or changes to products
Produce statistical and machine learning models that inform how we communicate with our customers.
Have the knowledge to develop art briefs including the rules, prizes and graphical elements of a game – including animations, transitions, screen layouts and static art.
Support the development process, the interdependencies, and the stakeholders from concept to submission
Application level feature designs and specification documents for project managers, producers, programmers, artists and testers.
Live-Ops assistance and meta feature implementation for apps
Qualifications:

BA/BS or higher in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Statistics, or related field
2+ years in analytical or product-centric role analyzing large datasets
Experience with LTV/CAC models, Marketing ROI and Performance management, Attribution models, digital and paid media analysis.
Experience articulating business questions and using mathematical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data ETL pipeline experience
Experience with scientific/statistical languages such as Python or R
1+ years of relevant software experience with software development, data science/analytics or data modelling
Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.
Must be able to work well under time constraints.
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
