| Job Description : | The Product Marketing Manager will identify growth and expansion opportunities, support go-to-market and market penetration initiatives, and create and update product positioning, messaging, and collateral for sales enablement. This role partners closely with the Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support groups to help develop and execute strategic product marketing plans to help with sales growth and client engagement. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including defining the value proposition and positioning statements for new products and product enhancement and managing the day-to-day implementation of the plan Help design campaigns across the complete lifecycle of products Research market trends, buying personas, and competitive differentiators within the product landscape Identifying new areas of opportunity for growth and development and create corresponding marketing strategies for execution Research and understand product users, how they buy and their buying criteria; work with the Product Team to determine customer user requirements, features, and functionality specs, presenting marketing intelligence and representing marketing objectives Support Product Management in the Beta/field testing process Communicate value proposition of the product to the sales team and assist in the development of sales tools that support the sales process Develop metrics and measurement tools to evaluate and maximize ROI for each initiative in support of a product launch or marketing campaign Optimize results for new product lead generation and demand generation campaigns Requirements Bachelor’s degree, Marketing degree strongly preferred 3+ years of experience in marketing, software product development or related field, preferably in B2B SaaS industry Skills Understanding of financial advisory space and competitive landscape and willing to learn more Excellent writer, with experience developing effective, concise, and compelling product copy and collateral tailored for target audiences Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work within cross functional teams to achieve effective project management Process-oriented, including the ability to work with the team to define project steps, plan work schedules, and track the status of project Ability to organize and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously The salary range for this position is $91,000 – $104,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off. |
