Develop and drive Preventive Maintenance Program in writing including formal training andSOP’s for each piece of equipment2. Develop strategic initiatives to ensure Machine downtime is avoided3. Develop and drive programs the cleanliness and organization of the facilities is maintained to the standards set by the CEOProduction1. Responsible for a successful production start time set out by CEO, including formal training program and written SOP’s for daily production start up and end of day2. Support and Approve production schedule to meet company standards of efficiency, profitability, and customer schedules3. Develop and drive strategic workflow for the entire facility to meet and exceed target metrics4. Develop written profitability by area and item including programs to track necessary metrics to ensure breakeven is met and exceeded live by day5. Formal Training Programs by area, product, and machines6. Limit rework, waste, and inedible lossesInventory1. Ensure and Accurate LIVE inventory2. Physical inventory once per quarter verifying weights, quantities, locations, and label and product accuracy and qualityFood Safety & Quality Assurance1. Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment with a ZERO incident goal2. Develop and execute Food Safety Protocols to meet all USDA guidelines3. Develop and drive strategic initiatives to improve food safety programs to support company strategic initiatives4. Lead and prepare Food Safety Team for third party audits by creating and implementing necessary governance, training, and support systems5. Develop and Drive programs to assure highest quality products that meet or exceed customer standards6. Develop and drive written plan for customer complaints and provide customer service and remediation solutions for customersManagement1. Manage staffing for efficient headcount per business plan to match production (10% of manufactured product)2. Develop and drive employee development and engagement initiatives that minimize turnover and promote internal promotion and growth in the business.3.
