As Priorities’ Video Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing production details across multiple campaigns, providing critical administrative and organizational support to the Associate Creative Director on all aspects of assigned projects, from greenlight to delivery. You will serve as a critical point of contact for projects assigned and use independent judgment to determine how all internal and external inquiries about projects should be handled. You will work closely with the ACD to ensure budgets, timelines, and vendor agreements are created, managed, and executed in compliance with organizational standards. What you’ll do: Build, manage and reconcile production, office, and equipment budgets; track vendor invoicing Manage vendor and freelance staff contracts and talent releases, and work with signatories to coordinate SAG contracts for talent. Participate in ongoing communication with production partners to ascertain the most accurate production information such as production schedule, shoot locations, spot descriptions and titles, disclaimers, scripts, graphics, etc. Manage and distribute production delivery schedules, shooting locations, vendor information, and other relevant updates using appropriate databases. Schedule staff and book travel across all production projects, including booking freelance crews. Manage a digital archival system for production documents. Juggle multiple projects and campaigns with parallel timelines. Arrange meetings as requested. Coordinate with Project Manager on production timelines. Assist creative team with research, fact checking, and subject recruitment. Participate in project brainstorms. Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate has: At least two years of experience as a production assistant or coordinator, or equivalent experience in a digital media / production / post production environment Excellent written and problem-solving skills Extremely organized and able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize with direction from ACD and paid media team Comfortable asking questionsTakes initiative to anticipate team needs Basic understanding of video frame rates, formats, aspect ratiosBasic understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows Experience working in G-Suite This position will have the option of being remote or working out of Washington, DC where we will eventually have an office once it’s safe, with occasional travel as needed. The salary range for the position starts at $75,000 commensurate with experience.
