If you are looking for a stable and successful company, Halkey-Roberts is the place to be.The primary focus of this position is to oversee the organization’s production operations. The supervisor ensures that daily production schedules are met, productivity is tracked and quality systems are compliant.Duties and Responsibilities· Participate in staff selection, coach, motivate, develop, train and discipline staff. Conduct annual performance reviews for all direct reports. Assist in setting performance objectives and development plans; monitor progress.· Emphasize training programs designed to enable staff to consistently execute all manufacturing processes with strict compliance to Quality and regulations· Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products, production equipment and standards· Write new SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and review them for completion and accuracy. Audit and update existing SOPs as needed. Implement and communicate all changes to processes and procedures.· Responsible for the proper training of direct reports on GMP, applicable regulations, SOPs. Monitor for adherence· Perform/lead technical reviews, investigations and process improvement projects. Provide manufacturing input into integration and validation of processes· Assign personnel for optimal output and shift coordination· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment and resources. Ensure compliance on safety guidelines· Conduct effective communication to the staff about process changes, production goals· Resolve technical, material, equipment and miscellaneous problems that may impact production deadlines.
