Northwest Valley (Youngtown)Albrecht and Son LLC is a full service commercial and residential painting and remodeling company. Albrecht and Son LLC is looking for a full-time experienced project manager. Qualified candidates would have a minimum of 10 + years of computer knowledge, writing comprehensive skills and knowledge in residential remodeling and construction field a plus.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone systemProvide excellent customer serviceMust communicate well through many forms such as phone, email, face to face, etc.Schedule and set appointments for customers and subcontractorsCreate and maintain weekly scheduleCreate job packets for superintendents and employees as neededCreates, maintains, and enters information into databasesOrder materials from appropriate vendors and subcontractorsCreate purchases orders for materials neededReceive and review orders from vendorsWork with subcontractors on quotes, scheduling via phone, email, etc.Organize and file completed workMaterial knowledge (countertop, plumbing fixtures, flooring materials, etc.)Work closely with estimators and subcontractors as needed for projectsDaily meeting attendance with detailed notesPrinting/organizing estimator foldersPerform computer functions using Master Builder/Sage knowledge a plusOther similar job duties assigned as neededQualificationsComputer knowledgeMicrosoft Office involvement with Word, Excel and outlook required.Writing comprehensive skillsHome remodeling and construction knowledge preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Mask and ect.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
