The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Professional Services Team in a high growth organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for a fast paced environment where experience will be drawn upon to effectively assist in completing customer implementations in a timely manner.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing timelines and meeting deadlines;Maintaining and accurately reporting/documenting ongoing communications with customers;Oversee the installation, create and manage the scheduling of the projects of the software at Client sites, delivering quality results on-time.Oversee the scheduling of training resources and work with sales personnel to ensure a smooth client transition from sales to pre-installation to installation.Consult with clients to review their current work processes to assess their needs/requirements and compare to functionality to ensure a good fit.Build and maintain Client relations on an ongoing basis to ensure successful implementations and strong long term client relationships.Assist clients to create milestones and set proper expectations of who is responsible for each task.Discuss client requirements and explain functionalitySchedule and conduct Review Meetings with the trainers and clients to maintain lines of communications betweenManage client expectationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, foodservice or related field; RD preferredMinimum of 2 years progressive work experience of health care and/or nutrition related fieldCustomer service oriented with a desire to continually learn new applications and business strategiesThis position requires a commitment of travel; average 3-4 days per month Experience with Windows-based software applications; working knowledge of word processing, database operations, spreadsheets, nutritional analysis and/or project management softwareStrong organizational, project management and time management skills; ability to prioritize work assignments with focus on most critical tasks.Ability to communicate difficult concepts using terminology appropriate to the audience.Ability to work well with others by exhibiting patience and diplomacy.Competent in working effectively with minimal supervision and take initiative in problem solving.Ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitudeMore About Jonas Software: Jonas Software is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Country and Golf Clubs, Foodservice, Construction, Fitness & Sports, Attractions, Salon & Spa, Education, Radiology/Laboratory Information Systems, and Product Licensing industries.
