| Job Description : | Candidate must have extensive working knowledge of the construction industry, experience with large infrastructure projects and experience or familiar with reinforcing steel/concrete construction.Position would be a 50/50 split between office and field. Company vehicle, phone, gas card or vehicle allowance provided.The candidate must also be experienced in managing schedules to ensure that all Team Members have the resources required to complete their tasks. Once the project is initiated, the coordinator helps keep the project documents organized and information flowing as required to assist with production, reporting and other company requirements.Our ideal candidate needs to excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment and be comfortable prioritizing and working concurrently on multiple tasks.Experience with/familiar with unit rate contracts would be ideal.Some key tasks may be, but are not limited to: Coordinating and communicating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to field teams and reporting back to officeLiaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectivesEnsuring that clients’ requirements are met, documented and maintained, including quality, safety and production documentationAttend planning meetings with Project Managers, General Foreman or Site ForemanProject administration, including cost control, schedule control, and change order administrationPrepare construction project updates weekly, and submit to managementObtain client sign offs for extra labor costs incurred for work performed outside of the contractHours tracking, sorting, and vetting for payrollDocument site issues that impact the company including written reports and photosTrack inventory of safety gear, accessories, and other materials at siteCoordinate with office staff for monthly progress billingsCompensation/BenefitsFull Medical and Dental benefits (after 3-month probationary period)You get to work with the best in the business!Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Project management: 3 years (Preferred)Construction Project Managers: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations |
