| Job Description : | Required: 5 Years of experience as a project manager3 to 5 Years of experience writing management proposals.Education: BA/BS in Management or another related fieldDesired: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)3 to 5 years of experience writing staffing plans and/or transition plans for management proposalsCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (as required) for the flawless execution of multiple projectsDefinition of project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements involving all relevant internal stakeholdersDevelopment of detailed project plans and overall tracking and monitoring of progress to ensure key milestones are met and that projects are delivered on time, to budget and within agreed scopeManage changes to the project scope and project schedule to agreed project policies and standardsReport and escalate risks and issues to management as neededPerform risk management to minimize potential risksEstablish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholdersCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion and refine learningsDevelop and apply critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to address project roadblocks and issuesMake recommendations for project improvementsLiaise with third party integration consultants as neededCommitted to meeting timelinesQUALIFICATIONS· To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
