| Job Description : | Job Description OverviewThis is an excellent role for someone interested in getting closer to customers and understanding how software helps business run better. A great precursor to a role in sales or pre-sales.The Mid-Market Customer Reference Program liaison will help organize and maintain a list of customer stories, references and other assets in order to provides timely references to be used in support of sales, analyst relations, field events, press releases and other marketing activities.Duties and Responsibilities- Helps to builds and maintains a library of customer stories by solution and industry using Customer Reference Platform (CRP)- Help drive communication and logistics for customer reference events- Create and communicate customer reference incentives with sales and sales enablement functions to grow reference base- Track customer engagements to ensure is meeting its SLA requirements defined above – i.e. not over-using existing references- Track reasons why customers say yes / no to being a customer reference in order to understand customer reference and behaviors over time and modify to suit their needs- Close alignment with Communications and PR to ensure steady stream of media opportunities- Work with the Customer Reference Director and Account Executives (AEs) proactively pursue customer stories.- Act as a go to resource to help AEs find relevant references via CRPEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIE- BA or higher degree- Excellent oral and written communication skills including PowerPoint- Strong value system for building trust, alignment and engagement across the organization- Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced organizationJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $20.00 – $29.71 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)Business management: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote |
