The Project Manager will be required to work on multiple projects, coordinating resources to ensure all milestones are met on time, on budget, on schedule, with high quality standards and with high customer satisfaction. This is a 100% remote position supporting our Canada region.Leads a team in the implementation of software solutions across multiple client deliveriesEnsures predictable, consistent, and successful delivery – making sure project scope and requirements are well defined and that the project staffing and budget levels are appropriate at all stages of the project life-cycleThe ability to develop technical specifications from business/functional requirements, manage project resources, and the ability to skillfully manage internal and external clientsCreate documentation for any key project decisions, action items, issues and other pertinent informationDocument detailed requirements for product enhancements and new featuresOrganize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with the appropriate project stakeholdersAnswer questions and resolve functional and technical issues from stakeholdersClearly communicates project status and manages expectations to internal and external stakeholdersEnsures client satisfaction with overall service provided and future opportunities are identified and progressedManages a team of consultants and analysts, ensuring their performance meets expectationsTravel 20% of the time.Experience-3+ years in a Project Management roleEducation- Bachelor’s Degree in computer or business-related subject or equivalent work experience.Qualifications, Strengths and SkillsKnowledge of and experience working with SDLC (software development life cycle) and utilization of various implementation methodologies for projects execution (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)Strongly preferred experience managing projects for banks, fintech, etc.Strongly preferred experience managing software implementations from the vendor sideExcellent written and verbal communication, business and technical writing skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, leadership skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve their milestonesProven experience managing all aspects of technology projects from initiation to production launch and supportEffective management of scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, customer expectations and satisfaction, team management (cross functional, cross organizational), and client relationshipsExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), MS Project and VisioAbility to prioritize, make decisions and meet tight deadlineExperience of a fast-paced and challenging environmentExcellent multi-tasking skills, must be able to work on several distinct projects at the same timeAppreciation of a range of technologies, including databases, and their implementation in a business environmentExpert knowledge in systems analysis, business analysis, requirements gathering methodologies and project management techniques with a proven record of applying these to solve business problems.QualificationsExperience of managing teams or clients in multiple locationsExperience in developing client relations and becoming a trusted adviserMultiple languages (English & French)Our employees are our top priority, we offer comprehensive health and wellness plans.
