| Job Description : | Project Manager Oxford Airport Technical Services is seeking to hire a Project Manager to work at our headquarter office with the primary function of serving as a liaison between our clients and the workshop. The Project Manager will oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of projects. The Project Manager will assist with writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage all aspects of coordination. Additionally, this position will assist leadership with managing deliverables to ensure the overall success of the new site.We are seeking someone who can work with all levels of leadership – from headquarters to the field during Oxford’s bidding process for new/developing business and current clients. A master of leading from the top down. The right candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid work ethic. The position requires direct contact with clients, a professional demeanor, and comfortability networking.Essential Functions (Job Duties and Responsibilities):· Creates long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines· Delegates tasks of the project to employees best positioned to complete them· Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project· Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy· Communicates with VP/Corporate to keep the project aligned with their goals· Performs quality control on the project throughout development to maintain company standards· Adjusts schedules and targets needed or financing for any project change· Provides excellent customer service to meet client’s request and managing negotiations.· Manages project budgets and maintaining job records· Creates project schedules aligned with workshop/field resourcesQualifications/Skills: · A certified Project Manager· Ability to work within and lead a team to consistently achieve an exceptional standard of quality work· Willingness to lead by example and take projects from its inception to the end· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Ability to communicate effectively while always remaining professional· Sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and maintain a positive attitude· Background in design or construction is a plus· Experience in client-facing project management· MS Projects, MS Excel· Willingness to work extra hours when neededEducation Requirements: · Over 10 years of exceptional Project Management experience· Must have at least 5+ years of experience in the airport industry· Management Experience of multiple people and/or teams· Project Management Certification Highly Preferred· Associate/Bachelor’s degree Highly Preferred· High School Diploma/GED Required· This is a full-time salaried position. The candidate is guaranteed a 40-hour work week but can expect to work longer hours at times.
