We aren’t perfect, but we do take ownership in the job we do.What’s in Store?We are looking for a full-time property manager for our 71 space mobilehome park in Pacoima. Please note, there may be times where you may need to provide assistance at our nearby communities in Canoga Park and Simi Valley. This position will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.This position is very hands-on. You must have the willingness and ability to confront matters in a professional manner and work with others to resolve conflicts that may arise during the business day.Administrative Duties: Correspond via email, phone, and in person with residents.Distribute rent statements and process rent payments.Bank deposits and reconciling the park’s monthly billing and collections.Conduct rental showings and process applications.Take care of the day-to-day tasks as needed in property management.Compliance Duties: Park compliance oversight and enforcement of the rules and regulations.Property walk-through and inspections of amenities, rental units, parking areas, and resident spaces.Management of compliance notices, expiration, and procedure timing.Managing and resolving problematic resident issues.Who’s Right for this Position?To succeed in this role, the newest team member must be:Fluent in Spanish and English.Confident in the skills and abilities they bring to the table.Self-motivated and takes initiative – We offer training, but the best way to grow into the role is to learn as you go.
