| Job Description : | TBM is seeks part time Accounts Manager with the exceptional skills and experience to manage sales and client relationships for assigned territory . Prior experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.The Account Supervisor must be an excellent communicator and problem solver with the follow up skills to carry out responsibilities to a successful conclusion.In this role, you will be responsible for: maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting quality inspections of approximately 30 accounts, generate new business, and monitor subcontractor performance.Job Requirements:Minimum of 5 years experience in Management, Account Management or Supervisory role, preferably in the janitorial industyProficient in MS Word, Excel, OutlookDue to business demands, bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredMust have reliable transportation and valid auto insurance to travel to accounts (mileage/toll reimbursement included) in East Dallas, Rockwall, Terrell & Waxahachie.Excellent relationship building and communication skills with both internal and external customersStrong organizational skills is KEY for this positionFlexibility to work days, evenings or weekends to address issues/concerns/start up accounts approximately 20-30 hours per weekMust be deadline orientedHigh degree of initiative and the ability to work both independently and within a team environmentKnowledge of cleaning industry or floor work techniques or related experience preferred but will train the right motivated candidateTBM Employees receive a wide array of benefits including paid holidays, vacation and sick time, retirement savings and the opportunity to earn commission based on sales of extra jobs and contracts.
