||Open Arms Care (OAC) is actively hiring a Regional HR Manager to oversee its Nashville and Memphis locations.As a Regional HR Manager, you will provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. You will also actively pursue and engage employees in all facets of human resources including, but not limited to, worker’s compensation, employee relations, benefits, and HRIS.OAC is a mission-driven non-profit with more than 30 years serving people with disabilities.
