||Regional Operations Manager

Qualifications / Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred: Preferred in Business, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration. Master in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in medical office management REQUIRED
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer proficiency REQUIRED
Experience with oversight of patient flow, staff training and supervision and customer service REQUIRED
Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies and procedures
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, with strong functional working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Oversee daily operations of overall practice(s) assigned (addendum for list of practices)
Review end of day reports.
Identify and respond to daily operations issues relating to any office needs.
Work cooperatively and positively with all levels of management and practice owners for the overall benefit of the practice(s).
Essential Job Functions
Provide leadership for weekly staff, leads and administrative meetings
Supervise and coordinate office site leads as needed
Serve as liaison for practice providers, practice staff and leads
Direct assistant to practice owners; Report directly to practice owners
Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and administrative /management knowledge.
Provide general support to leads and physicians/providers
Coordinate with HR manager for implementation and administration of staff benefits
Oversee staff schedules in coordination with site leads and clinical manager
Initiate and communicate practice memorandums and professional correspondence regarding any updates or changes to practice protocols
Prepare and perform staff reviews in coordination with site leads and clinical manager
Ensure staffing is in place to meet demands of office schedules in coordination with site leads and clinical manager
Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, development, and training
Review and implement provider schedules, based on owner directive, on an ongoing basis to maximize office functionality and flexibility
Enter and edit provider schedules as needed on an ongoing basis
Oversee efficient patient flow from check in to check out
Business operations management:
Coordinate and communicate with business consultants as needed
Identify opportunities for optimizing vendor contracts and relationships
Understand and implement practice policies regarding patient account management
Manage and coordinate any needed maintenance to practice locations.
Serve as the liaison with Human Resources for connection of providers and staff to EHR.
Coordinate phone and computer systems to personnel (login credentials, etc) and resolve issues as they arise.
Achieving minimum standards for the individual practices as set forth by the CEO.
Initiate and sustain marketing efforts in pursuit of practice growth.
Review and implement compliance standards for OSHA and HIPAA training
Monitor compliance with HIPAA. Serve as backup for HIPAA compliance officer.
Complete projects and/or special assignments as may be needed by the practice
Facilitate and collaborate practice marketing and outreach efforts as needed
Liaison with hospital personnel, insurance network partners, practice relationships
Support financial, budget, and business goals
Promote and manage patient satisfaction, including resolution of complaints
Participate in learning opportunities, both within and outside of organization as requested.
Coordinate, participate, and implement community and special projects.
Coordinate HEDIS and PCMH efforts

Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to read emails, documents, reports, etc.
Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with other staff, clients, vendors, etc.
Standing/Walking: Must be able to move about the office, including up and down stairs Climbing/stooping/kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up items, assist parents and children in performing necessary tasks (removing shoes, stepping onto the scale, assuming the correct position for height assessment, etc).
Lifting/pulling/pushing: Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
Fingering/grasping/feeling: Must be able to type and perform technical tasks.
Ability to travel to various assigned practices
