The role of the Relationship Manager is to ensure the successful addition, integration and operation of such partnerships.This role will be based at our partner’s facility in Orlando. Your organization, communication, analysis and problem solving will ensure we grow and succeed.You will be our eyes, ears and personality, not only with our partner and their providers, but also with aircraft OEMs who share an interest in our success.This role is accountable for the following:Leading the implementation, co-ordination and set up of the sales channel with a partner.Ensuring properly documented workflows, processes, and manualsPlacing and expediting purchase orders as necessary, maintaining accurate records.Facilitating the flow of materials between various parties and departments and checking reports for performance, mischarges and other inconsistenciesEnsuring parts are dispatched on time and in suitable packaging for the next step of their journeyCommunicating to clients clearly and addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise.Ensuring our partners meet their service level requirement to usDelivering sales pitch to prospective clientsPreparing and presenting business and account updates to the company’s management and partnersFollowing up partners to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products or services.Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive performance, assessing needs to be filled and analyzing customer reactions.Streamlining interdepartmental communication, often working as a liaison with department heads.Looking for solutions to errors, budget limitations and other problems as they arise, finding ways to save money within the operation and fulfilment solution.We will expect you to be a great communicator with your team, peers and leader as you provide information, stats, reports, review policies or take in feedback. We will also expect you to seek out learning opportunities.For this role at DASI, we look for individuals who:Has expertise in Shipping documentation and in-depth knowledge of logistics and best practicesManaged cost control and negotiationData collection and analysis skillsDevelops collaborative working relationships.Strong negotiation and customer service skillsManages multiple tasks seamlessly and adapts to the work environment.Problem solves in a complex environment and looks for fresh new ways to approach an opportunityClearly communicates in verbal and written form to all levels, including senior management.Fluent Spanish and Portuguese an advantageExperience so that you can hit the ground running:This role requires a minimum of 3+ years logistics and warehousing experience.Experience of aircraft parts, in particular the Embraer product, an advantageEducation:Requires completion of a high school diploma.Experience with 5S principles and methodology is a plusTools and Technology Experience:While you won’t need to be an expert in Technology, knowledge of computer hardware and associated software is required.Physical Aspects:While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.The environmental characteristic for this position is a warehouse/office setting.Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional warehouse & office environment.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location |
