Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in reverse logistics.
Experience managing ASPs, operations, returns, and process development.
Experience with cross-functional leadership and operating within a matrix organization.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in consumer electronics across all phases of reverse logistics operational management.
Knowledge of repair and service operations.
Knowledge of global operations.
Ability to influence peers and managers in cross-functional and global teams.
Creative problem solver with desire to develop and grow business opportunities.

The Reverse Logistics team at Google Hardware is responsible for delivering innovative and cost effective post-sales experiences for customers to love and be loyal to our Google brand. You will join a dynamic, creative, rigorous, and fast-growing team that defines the service offerings for products that stretch from Phones to device and services.
In this role, you will be the primary manager of our reverse logistics operational support for our Nest brand of Google Hardware. Your efforts will directly focus on management of, strategic service development, cross-functional engagement, compliance, and reverse logistics operational service delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams from both inside and outside of reverse logistics to include strategy, planning, service engineering, and finance to deliver cost effective operational solutions across the product portfolio.

Responsibilities
Manage global operational strategy for Nest products to include developing, implementing, and managing reverse logistics service operations.
Direct engagement with ASP’s to ensure service delivery aligns with Google expectations and contracted obligations.
Manage the setup of reverse logistics operational strategy within the global supply chain to enable and foster growth of Nest products.
Facilitate expansion of Right to Repair within the Nest product portfolio and ensure operational processes align with capabilities.
Partner with Reverse Logistics leadership teams to develop operational and resource requirements in support of expansion and growth.
