Job Description : Position Summary Our team is hiring Business Development Sales Consultants in the rapidly growing service robotics arena. You will be responsible for developing multi-unit robotic opportunities for hospitality, commercial and industrial applications. Our robots pay for themselves in around 6 months, then double our client’s return every six months thereafter. We provide a stable and reliable workforce safely and effectively. Description: The Senior Sales Consultant role will generate substantial revenue and develop our hospitality and recreation opportunities. In addition, you will play a key role in expanding Alpha Robotics sales in your dedicated market. This position will be responsible for business development in the California market. The successful candidate will identify well-qualified prospects and drive the sales of service robotic solutions, services, and software into multi-unit restaurants, hotels, entertainment and recreation complexes, and other commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience selling into our target segments: multi-unit restaurants, multi-unit quick-serve restaurants, large independent restaurants, hotels, retirement living facilities, recreation facilities, and entertainment facilities. This position is an excellent opportunity for eager, ambitious sales builders to establish a growing territory with tremendous growth potential with a national and growing company. This position will have revenue, unit, and geographic expansion targets. Additionally, we expect the successful candidate to transition into a sales and territory management role with their ongoing success. We’re looking for a strategic and networked industry professional eager to make a name in a rapidly expanding business and sector. This role requires multi-unit and commercial real estate experience and knowledge since your day-to-day work will strategically and aggressively be pursuing installation sites. Requirements Identify well-qualified prospects in hospitality, retirement living, entertainment, recreation, and medical facilities, management with success in those markets. Establish contact with key decision-makers for sustainability programs within prospective organizations Create and deliver concise and compelling sales presentations for prospective customers. Develop long-term customer relationships through exceptional post-sales support and service Communicate frequently across the Alpha Robotic business development, sales, and marketing team to share best practices and lessons learned Track record of successful technical and consultative sales performance Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self-starter with the ability to organize and prioritize sales efforts for maximum effectiveness Demonstrated ability to explain complicated technical subject matter in a simple, concise manner Willingness to work very hard in a new, highly competitive industry to achieve sales targets Exceptional ability to connect with high-level decision-makers and convey Confidence, sincerity, and credibility in representing Alpha Robotic products and services Not required, but a major asset previously selling automation charging equipment. Requirements : Experience selling to large hospitality, restaurant, medical, recreation facilities. Experience selling to national franchise operators. Solutions reselling experience in a related industry Experienced high value closer. You need to have a track record of closing near-term and larger deals with a pipeline that is rock solid. Develop a thorough understanding of Alpha Robotic high-tech robotics product line Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university 3 to 5 years of work experience in outside direct sales or sales management. Ability to travel within the state.
