Sales Manager position within Katz TV Group. have the ability to generate new business and to understand the sales cycle: prospecting, buying behaviors, negotiations for a win-win outcome, overcoming objections and closing.
Building deeper customer relationships at agency level
Leveraging relationships to be the resource for Television and close business
Create advocacy materials to help build the KTG brand and establish KTG as a knowledge center of industry expertise and thought leadership
Bringing additional revenue to Katz partners
Engages in a series of transactional duties such as brokering deals and executing price points for market share
Determine types of advertising strategies that would help clients reach target audiences within their budget
Help guide team in prospecting new business
Procient in Microsoft Ofce suite and social networking platforms Strong client service relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and to understand the sales cycle: prospecting, buying behaviors, negotiations for a win-win outcome, overcoming objections, and closing
Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent grammar
Independent, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, competitive, assertive, goal-oriented Strong problem-solving, analytical, and persuasion skills
Understanding of market dynamics including demographics
Stress tolerance especially with tight deadlines and nancial pressures Flexibility and creativity
Strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, advertising, or communications
5+ years of experience in sales with increasing levels of responsibility
