Position Summary: As our Sales Operations your main responsibility will be to assist our Business Development team with a variety of tasks focused but not limited to revenue operations and sales process management. In addition, this role requires an innovated, driven and highly organized individual. This role is a work from home position and can sit anywhere within the United States. Assist Business Development team in compliance with sales processes and policy execution. Excellent knowledge using Salesforce is required Strong familiarity with SaaS based technology sales operations Assist Business Development team with the proper use and upkeep of and other solutions in sales tool stack. Analyze and report on data and key metrics in within to identify trends and insights related to products, geographies, sales rep performance/quota attainment, campaigns, and other variables, as needed. Provide analysis to sales and marketing leadership on ways in which the sales team can be refocused to take advantage of market opportunities. Track quota attainment for the sales team. Liaise with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties. Assists in managing compliance program and sales operations help desk. Deep SFDC admin experience Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Excellent written and oral presentation skills Ability to work without extensive supervision or direction Ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong communicator who is comfortable working with senior/executive management Develops sales operations policies and procedures.
