Rebecca School and Aaron School are private schools that serve children with special needs.The following are the primary responsibilities of this position:Account provisioning and deprovisioning using Azure SSOConfigure Device Management Systems to support school deployment for both PCs and MacsInstitute a BYOD policy and enforcement mechanism to secure our company data and resourcesProvide technical assistance and support for helpdesk requests and issues related to computer systems, software, AV and mobile hardware.Respond to requests in person, over the phone, or by remote control softwareKeep accurate inventory records of School equipmentInstall, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.Maintain school laptops and desktops with necessary updates and upgrades.Maintain and troubleshoot school laptops, desktops, and printers where necessary.Perform other duties as assigned.Enthusiasm, flexibility, and high energy are all a plus!
