Job Description
We are seeking an IT Lead for PepsiCo’s Social Intelligence Platform. The role involves relationship management across IT teams, vendor partners and global Marketing functions.
This professional will be the IT Product Owner driving the development and adoption of the Social Listening, Social Care, and Social Publishing platform across sectors and functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Lead Director to develop the Business Capability Roadmap and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) requiring business partner alignment and approval.
Accountabilities:
Main priority will be working very closely with MarTech stakeholders, external SaaS vendors, and IT peer associates to ensure successful onboarding of Social Intelligence Platform
Collaborates with product owners, IT platform managers, system architects, and information security teams to refine features to ensure they are desirable, viable, and sustainable and have clear, meaningful benefit hypothesis and acceptance criteria
Based on technical knowledge, implements innovative solutions that increase business value
Drive solution design and build to ensure scalability,
Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
Manage partnership with vendors
Manage work intake, prioritization and release timing; balancing demand and available resources. Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs
Overall IT liaison for Social Intelligence Product on all aspects of business interactions and engage the appropriate IT or Vendor teams to help drive resolution

Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements:
8+ years’ experience in Information Technology or Business Relationship Management
6+ years’ experience in Digital Solution Implementations and Engagements
Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, MIS, Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
Solutions Delivery experience – expertise in system development lifecycle, integration, and sustainability
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Program/Product Management in Agile/Scrum Environment
Proven experience in Digital Domain implementing solutions leveraging Agile project management methodologies.
Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse priorities. Demonstrates cross-functional knowledge (e.g., Consumer Relations, Insights, etc)
Understand Integration capabilities and able to lead integration with Enterprise systems
Strong experience in Relationship Management
Anticipates and understands business partners’ business needs, including both spoken and unspoken requirements
Assists business partners in making key decisions, influencing action steps and defining resources required to achieve desired outcomes
Correctly sets and manages business partners’ expectations in terms of cost, time, scope and quality
Assesses and monitors business partner satisfaction, and drives service improvement plans as needed
Capable of Conceptual Selling
Leads shaping of a basic conceptual solution and presents the solution as an opportunity in a positive and compelling way
Deciphers complex technology/process issues and makes them relevant to business leaders by using examples and analogies
Considers the perspectives and experiences of a particular audience and crafts messages to meet the unique needs of the audience. Drives stakeholders to alignment, explaining how a solution would work, allowing them to imagine in detail potential issues, clear value proposition and outcomes
Capable of Leading Change
Applies the PepsiCo Global Change Methodology to execute change through activities including communication, stakeholder enrollment, training and education, performance realignment, change impacts, readiness assessment, process redesign and role /accountability clarity
Drives change strategy implementation with project team, business partners and other stakeholders for a specific initiative
Recognizes signs of resistance to change and plan actions to address resistance Educates others on change leadership concepts and coaches others on their roles in the change process
Able to Contribute to Setting IT Strategy
Applies knowledge of the current IT footprint/landscape to enable business processes
Demonstrates business knowledge across lines of businesses
Seeks knowledgeable people to obtain information or clarify a problem to assist in developing an IT Strategy
Demonstrates competitive knowledge of the marketplace and technology trends
