| Job Description : | We are looking for an Project Manager with a passion to protect against new vulnerabilities and evolving security threats and support organization with remediation strategy. We are looking for someone who can support an effective team and build a high performing program.As a Project Manager you will be accountable for all aspects of the Vulnerability Management program. This will include day to day operations, program expansion, remediation assistance and leading cross functional efforts.This role includes identifying, assessing and reporting on vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications and configurations within on-site and cloud services.You will lead a team of experienced Security Analysts placed globally to provide technical insights and guidance to the rest of the organization aiding in the vulnerability response.You will collaborate with IT Product and platform teams to report vulnerability results and provide in-depth technical expertise on remediation and mitigating controls.You will mature the vulnerability management program by establishing quarterly objectives and lead the team to deliver on the roadmap.In this role you will provide metrics and KPIs to the operational teams and Senior leaders to align with the team’s mission and vision.You will coach team members and develop talent.You’ll get to perform deep-dive analysis of new vulnerabilities leveraging data from various public and internal sources; and provide recommendations on how mitigation must be done.A leader who can build relationships, challenge the status quo and motivate the team to drive for results will enjoy the challenge of this role. The individual must be committed to leading a diverse team and developing individuals to help them achieve their career goals.Required QualificationsExperience in managing and motivating a high performing teamStrength in building relationships within the organization and outsideExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with enterprise large scale vulnerability assessment solutions like Tenable, Qualys etc.5 years’ experience in an Enterprise vulnerability management program.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Security or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience with applying Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) and Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS)Experience with technical vulnerability assessments and techniquesPreferred QualificationsExperience with Vulnerability Management and Configuration hardening in Cloud environments like Azure, AWS.Professional certification like CISM/CISSP preferred, or any of the following CEH, GEVA,OSCP, SecurityExperience leading large remediation or transformation efforts involving multiple teams.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $36.00 – $50.00 per hourEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Project Manager: 5 years (Preferred)Vulnerability Management: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification:PMP (Preferred)Work Location: Remote |
